I have started working as a sub the past few weeks. So far, I am loving thw flexibility.
Of course, its also a change to be back in the classroom this much. Today, I had lunch with some teachers, only to realize I am now a vet teacher.
I have always considered my role as a teacher to be a constant state of learning. I am a seventh generation educator, and it always seemed like I was receiving ‘instruction’ from older family members regarding classroom management and instruction methods.
It’s hard for me to see anyone seeking my advice. But, here we were… having that chat.
I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the opportunity… especially when I walk out of the building to this…
